Our Approach

Simple, strong, practical design.

Tiny Homes by Dan is being developed around a repeatable, owner-led build process with disciplined cost control and a focus on functional spaces that feel like real homes.

Purposeful Layouts

Every square foot has a job. Model 1 uses a front wet core, open central living area, private rear bedroom, and optional fold-down patio.

Rustic Modern Style

Warm wood finishes, dark metal accents, generous glazing, and clerestory light create a clean look without losing character.

Built for Growth

Model 1 establishes the core build process, with larger future models planned as the business grows and real-world build data is collected.
